Majority of our support tickets can be resolved when the following simple steps have been completed. Please go through the checklist and ensure you have carried out all the required checks. If after going through the checklist you still have a problem, answer all the questions and click on the "Help!" button and we will give you an opportunity to log a support ticket.

Have you registered your domain in your Wordpress Magic Client Control Panel?
In the Wordpress Magic maintenance module, are there any red crosses indicated in the Status section?
Have you deactivated Wordpress Magic and then activated it again?
Have you deactivated all other running plugins except Wordpress Magic to eliminate a possible plugin conflict?
Have you downloaded and installed a fresh copy of Wordpress Magic from your client control panel?
Have you checked the FAQ to ensure your problem is not already addressed there?
